Building Condition Assessment
PRYCO offers Building Condition Inspection for all type of Commercial and Industrial Buildings. PRYCO uses a systematic approach to inspecting and assessing the condition of the subject property. We complete a non-invasive assessment of the building and the associated site to identify major deficiencies, evaluate the expected useful life of the building components & systems and identify any need for major replacement or rehabilitation. The assessments are conducted using procedures and methods that follow generally accepted industry practices based upon American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E2018-08, “Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments. Our report is prepared based on relevant standards and guidelines. Our inspection report covers the following
Structural Design & Inspection
Our Structural Team Undertakes New Building Designs of:
Environmental Site Assessment
A geotechnical investigation is undertaken to determine the soil profile and groundwater status within the footprint of any proposed infrastructure. Based on the findings recommendations are suggested for foundation design of the structure and underground utilities.
PRYCO offers estimation services including quantity take off aimed at providing the most competitive and realistic budget to our client. A realistic budget solves most of the cost overrun issue in the construction industry. We offer Estimation Services for the following industries Oil & Energy: Complete estimation of earthwork, piping which includes HDPE & carbon steel piping, drainage work, pond estimation, tank foundation estimation, all types of concrete estimation, electrical estimation like underground cables, conduit & heat tracing wire. Road work estimate, screw pile estimate and concrete pile estimate. Infrastructure: Capable of estimating for water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant. Paved and unpaved road works, concrete bridges and substation estimate.
Construction projects are exposed to a variety of risks and uncertainties. The professional practice of Project Monitoring is required to mitigate financial risks and protect the interests of the lenders through the development process. Project monitoring services usually entail a two-step process that starts with an initial project review prior to commencement on site and subsequent monitoring function throughout the construction period. Throughout the construction period we provide a much needed interface between the lender and developer. We ensure that the developer is provided with the appropriate funds as the project progresses, yet ensure the lenders are not exposed to the problems inherent in development and construction. PRYCO regularly offers this service in consultation with financial institutions of Canada.
Ensure that work is executed as per projects scope of work, project specification and control quality of the project. Services provided for Oil & Energy Civil Construction, Residential & Commercial Construction. Infrastructure works like Roads & Bridges, Water Treatment plant with network, Sewage treatment plant with network
One of the major causes for project cost and time overrun is management of change. Effective change management system can save considerable project time and cost. PRYCO has experience in managing change thereby can minimize the project risk.
Risk Analysis & Management
Most projects end up with cost overrun. PRYCO offers a systematic approach to project risk management and identifies the key risk in the project through quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and can therefore come up with the right strategy to mitigate them.
We offer scheduling services. We come up with more realistic schedules showing the critical path with man-hour required. Whether you need a MS project or P6 we can provide both. PRYCO offers scheduling for Oil& Energy, Residential & Commercial and in the Infrastructure sector.
